Warranty Returns
Express Window Films takes pride in the quality of our films and stand behind every roll we ship. If your order arrives damaged or you believe the film is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
You can contact us by phone at (800) 345-6669 or by email at [email protected]. When reaching out, please include a brief description of the issue and any relevant photos of the product or packaging. This helps us assess the problem quickly and accurately.
If a return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange to send out a replacement or issue a refund. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns for Other Reasons
We accept returns of unused, original-condition products purchased directly from Express Window Films within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uncut
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid order number or receipt
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom cut or special order films
- Products that have been opened, used, or cut
- Items not purchased directly from Express Window Films
How to Start a Non-Warranty Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds for Non-Warranty Returns
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method less a 15% restocking fee within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
